His leadership is well respected; with more than 25 years experience in the exhibit management and tradeshow industry. Mr. McFarland is the primary business development representative for the company. He is in charge of securing contracts with our largest clients and ensuring the quality control of our accounts management department. Mr. McFarland is the author of our company mantra “Integrity First” and it is exemplified in his leadership.Chief Financial OfficerLeslie McFarland — Ms. McFarland oversees all of the financial activities of the company. She is the primary contract administrator; working directly with legal advisors to ensure that all agreements are in the best interest of the company and the clients we serve. Having more than 16 years experience in the trade show industry, she is very well versed with contracts for products, services and competitive rates. She is the engine for keeping us on the cutting edge; offering a competitive pricing structure with superior service.Operations ManagerMr. Konis Moore - Mr. Moore has worked in the production of tradeshows and special events for the past 27 years. He brings a vast arena of experience in the areas of labor and personnel management, equipment management, material handling and shipping - all important aspects of producing a successful tradeshow. He is directly responsible for the installation and dismantle of the entire event. He also coordinates the freight management process working with show carriers and exhibitors to ensure a high level of material handling services. Vice President of AdministrationMichelle Hunt — Ms. Hunt has been a tradeshow and exhibit administrator for more that 13 years. She works directly with the CEO and CFO of the company to shape administrative policies and procedures. Ms. Hunt has the support of the Operations Manager for the coordination of health, life and disability enrollments for company employees. She accesses administrative and human resource programs to bring the best in compatibility and union compliance for the company. Additional responsibilities include administrative and organizational support to 21st Century Expo Group, Inc.'s tradeshow clients. ControllerJacqueline Hawkins Moore — Ms. Moore has been and employee of 21st Century Expo Group, Inc. since its inception. She has more than 15 years of financial expertise in the tradeshow industry. A the Comptroller for the company, Ms. Moore oversees all of the company’s accounting functions. She works very closely with the CEO and CFO of the company for budgeting and strategic forecasting. In addition, she has coordinating functions with the Operations Manger for union payroll and other personnel matters. Exhibit Service Support ManagerSybil F. Meyers — Ms. Meyers is the resident customer service and exhibit concierge professional. With more than 20 years customer service experience and 8 years of trade show services, Ms. Meyers has full knowledge of exhibit planning, coordination and customer service management. She serves as the primary point of contact for customers during the coordination process of the exhibit event, ready to answer all questions. Ms. Meyers is also largely responsible for authoring service manuals and managing onsite staff to ensure a quality and orderly event. Senior Account ManagerLee Carothers — Ms. Carothers is responsible for directing all aspects of logistics for facilities and site inspections. She has worked in the tradeshow industry for more than 9 years. In addition to facilities management, she assists the National Sales Director with hands on management of accounts for service and quality control. Ms. Carothers is in charge of trade show coordination, production and strategic staff/client meetings. Client ServicesTrenisha Forbes has over five years of experience in Client Services and Event Management. During her tenure as a client services representative for various tradeshow companies she has garnered experience in crisis management, logistics, and honed her dynamic customer service skills. Her personal motto taken from her Alma-mater of “Excellence with Caring” is how she approaches resolving the concerns of all 21st Century Expo Group, Inc.'s clientele. |
